Linda King

Linda King is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law. She has successfully represented employers and employees in administrative hearings before the Texas Workforce Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in state and federal courts. Linda recognizes that the employer/employee relationship is often highly emotional and she uses her skills to attempt to resolve employment issues without the need for litigation; however, when negotiations fail, Linda is a skillful litigator with more than twenty years of court room experience.
